Chalk It Up Craft Vendor Application

Chalk-It-Up! invites you to join us as a craft vendor at Sacramento’s favorite family festival. The 21st Annual Chalk It Up to Sacramento will be held over Labor Day Weekend - September 3-5, 2011- at Fremont Park, in downtown Sacramento. The three-day event draws 15,000 – 20,000 people each year and features more than 200 artists creating chalk art masterpieces on the sidewalks, live music by more than two dozen acts, hands-on art activities for children and much more. The festival raises money to fund children’s art programs in the Sacramento region.

Limited opportunities are available. Chalk It Up! reserves the right to select the most appropriate craft vendors from the applicant pool to ensure a good product mix. Priority will be given to handcrafted items represented by the artist.

Each craft vendor must provide everything required for your booth, and is responsible for the security of all your own merchandise, revenue, and equipment. Electricity or other utilities are not provided. The use of a generatormust be approved by Chalk-It-Up!

Craft Vendor fee is $150.00 for the entire weekend. All fees and a copy of your resale license must be included with this signed agreement in order to reserve your spot. Please make checks payable to Chalk It Up! and mail this form to the address below, or use the PayPal option in the online form. If your business is not selected
for inclusion this year, all fees will be returned with the notification. Please contact our Vendor Coordinator, at vendors@chalkitup.org if you have any questions or comments.
